Conquest Graphics is a well established printing company with a history that dates back nearly a century. They currently operate out of a 90,000 square foot facility in Richmond, Virginia. They went online in 2006 and now serve the international market via the ConquestGraphics.com site.

Products and Services

Conquest Graphics have an extensive product selection on their website. The full product list is similar to many other online printing companies and includes bookmarks, brochures, business cards, calendars, door hangers, flyers, newsletters, folders, postcards, inserts, catalogs and more. Their facility is capable of handling both digital and offset printing orders.

While their website does not seem to have a form that you can submit to request a free sample, I am sure that they would oblige if you email them and ask them to mail some out.

Conquest Graphics employ an in-house design team and their services are available to you at reasonable rates upon request. You can also upload your own design work or use one of the free templates that they offer to create a design.

A mailing service is available if you are having materials printed that you would like to be sent out directly after they roll off the press. If you upload your address list, then they can help you to manage every aspect of your mailing job whether it is a newsletter or an advertising campaign.

The company is proactive when it comes to the environment and they have received certification from the Forest Stewardship Council. A dedicated page on the ConquestGraphics.com site goes into detail on all of their environmental initiatives. These include recycling, energy efficiency and clean production methods.

Pricing

Conquest Graphics seem to offer fairly reasonable prices. To compare their prices to other online printing websites we decided to compare business card prices, as business cards are one of the most popular products. We used the pricing tools that can be found on the websites of most online printing firms to generate prices for a sample order of 500 business cards with delivery to a California address. We went only for the standard and cheapest options in terms of size, paper type, finishing quality, turnaround time and delivery time.

Conquest Graphics turned out to have one of the cheapest prices among the twenty companies that we surveyed. Their price was only $21.39 compared to our industry average of $41.

Guarantee Policies

They do set out a satisfaction guarantee on their website. However, you are advised to go through their 'Terms of Use' carefully so that you understand how their policies work. While they do offer to reprint or refund an order if you are not fully satisfied, there are certain conditions that apply to this offer. One example of such a condition is that if customers return an order, they must pay for the shipping costs out of their own pockets.

Customer Reviews and Complaints

For the second part of this report we did a little bit of research on the web in order to find out what people have to say about their experiences with Conquest Graphics. We were hoping to find some positive reviews, complaints or other viewpoints in order to get a better understand of this company. While this kind of feedback is not always fully reliable it can still help you to gauge the general mood that the market has towards a business. We found only several links and they are listed and summarized as follows.

1) Conquest Graphics is an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau or the BBB. The BBB is an independent organization that provides consumers with guidance on how likely a company is to be reliable if they choose to do business with them. They provide profile pages and reviews on accredited members as well as other businesses that are not members if there is enough interest or complaints.

Conquest Graphics have the highest rating possible at the BBB which is an A+. A rating like this is fairly good evidence that they are running a well established and reputable business. When determining ratings, the BBB take into account such things as the number of complaints that they have received about a company as well as the way that companies respond to and resolve complaints. 2) We found one Conquest Graphics review at consumer complaints portal RipOffReport.com. The reviewer complained about poor quality catalogs and some other issues. A staff member responded but the issue did not seem to get resolved.
